Abhinava Prabandhan is basically the publication output of the research initiative of SRISIIM- Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management-Research, New Delhi, an Institute established with the divine grace of a Spiritual Giant of this contemporary India, His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Sri Bharati Teertha Mahasannidhanam, the 36th Ruling Ponfiff of Dakshinamanya Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri. SRISIIM, that which is fostering the 1200 years timeless legacy of Indian Wisdom & Spirituality handed down by the Great Sage Adi Shankaracharya dates back to 8th Century AD. Aligning with the Idea of Jagadguru for Institutionalization of neo classical movement of Indian Spiritual Wisdom, Ethos and Universal Values for emergence of the new generation as well as creating an exulted International Platform for research and development of Indian School of Thoughts in Management and Leadership Excellence deriving out of Indian Traditional Scriptures which are the store house of knowledge and wisdom.

Therefore to translate this holistic Idea, This “Abhinava Prabandhan”, came out as “The International Research Journal of Indian Ethos & Wisdom for Management. This is the a mouthpiece of multidimensional research on the relevant subject matters. Under the able guidance and patronage of Dr. V. R. Gowrishankar, the Padamashree Awardee, the Administrator & CEO of Sri Sringeri Math & It’s Proprieties and Visionery Leadership of Dr. Swami Parthasarathy, Noted Author & Management Guru, who is heading the Editorial Board as the Editor in Chief of this International Journal.
