Some Reflections on the Contextual Prism of the Application of Generic Management Principles: The case of India

The main objective of this article is that don’t change your culture and ethos according to the time which is changing now a days. We know change with the change is the art of life but you can’t change your culture and ethos. Now a days, we are getting change as per the time but it requires to understand our ethos and culture and we have to come in a practice again of these. It is required to understand in the control of where management action would be embedded. We should come with ethos and culture in the corporate world through which we can make up our decision power and it can only be done through practice. At last, the position is simple. Be it management of self, management of interpersonal relationship and management of group relationship or organizational functioning the ethos of the context leaves it deep impact or managerial problem solving and decision making.
