THE BHAGAVAD GITA: THE ‘EPIC’ DECISION-MAKER

In the world, the followers and believers of the greatest epic of Hinduism, namely the Bhagavad Gita, lead their life and performs duties, whether on professional or on personal front, by following the tenets and principles directly and indirectly for judicious, pragmatic decision making. An attempt has been made in this research paper to explain the various levels of this eternal epic (four) and how they guide today’s Corporate houses. It is to be noted that the Gita is no formula or short-cut to success. If one goes by the ideology of followers of the Gita, this epic helps us to attain epiphany in the truest of sense.
