The paper provides an insight into the significance of Bharat and the various ethos derived out from Indian scriptures discussing their impact on the practical aspects of any operation, the close relationship between spirituality and the modern-day management. A fascinating blend of ethos and practice is used to throw light on the concepts of ‘Money’ and ‘Giving’. It has been focused on the management approaches and the shift from ‘West versus East’ to ‘East-West’ approach to provide a holistic perspective on management. Very comprehensive yet simple coverage of the concept of Values and their impact on stakeholders as well as organizational commitment is established. Secular and spiritual values are also discussed, enhancing the interest of the readers. The authors have summarized by emphasizing that ‘good ethos lead to good business’. The ethical dilemmas that occur in human life during the course of business, has got a resolution from Indian Ethos. The perspective of ethos and their link with human behavioral aspect have been beautifully explained. The ‘Dharma Intervention Model’ on ethical leadership best on Indian Ethos enables a better understanding of organizational behavior. The indispensable tenets from the Bhagwad Gita, to build a world of ethos, are quite convincing and surely this analysis proves the relevance of the Indian Ethos based on spirituality and Human value at the workplace.
